A near native to Boulder, my family moved here when I was just a year old.  I grew up in Martin Acres and attended Fairview High School; my college years were spent studying Exercise Physiology at Arizona State.  Although my career did not land me in a field related to Exercise Physiology, I have maintained a lifelong interest in exercise, nutrition and wellness.  In my spare time I swim laps almost every day of the year and I love to walk, bike and hike.   I love the Colorado outdoors.
