These are the words most home buyers are eager to hear. Thankfully, my husband and I received this enthusiastic news from our real estate broker, Justen Staufer of Staufer Team Real Estate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within a few days, he also told us: \u201cCongratulations! We received an offer on your house at $10K over asking!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
