“Boy am I glad we found this real estate team! We had a tough buying situation: a super-tight deadline to find a house that checked all our boxes in a difficult market with low inventory, REMOTELY. Oh, and we wanted a good deal too. Sounds impossible, right? We must have looked at every house in our radius, twice, and at times we thought it was impossible. Having never lived in CO before and only visited a handful of times, we had so much to learn. From construction nuances to local history, Rick and Caroline provided invaluable advice. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were top-notch as well. And when it came time to make and negotiate offers, we knew we were in good hands. Buying a home from a long distance, especially under a tight deadline, is unbelievably stressful, but they were so caring and calm under pressure, which was awesome in those difficult moments. We have worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years, and this experience was our best one yet – and the most challenging!
