Trust

Justen was incredibly patient with all of our questions and interactions. He answered each question mindfully and truly built trust with every interaction.

Communication

Justen is so easy to communicate with and accessible, even when we didn’t expect a quick answer! He is available and always willing to help.

Real Estate

Justen is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate. I essentially see using Staufer Real Estate and Rock Creek real estate as synonymous. Ask him any question on the topic, and he is more than willing to help even if he doesn’t have the immediate answer.

“We worked with Justen from overseas to buy a home. Justen was very helpful and responsive to calls/texts/emails. He was able to shoot videos of all the homes we asked him to see and he send those over to us quickly. He gave us honest feedback when a house had problems like odor, which we obviously can’t smell over a video. He was also helpful during the closing process, making sure everything was done on time.
