Risé Staufer has been a licensed Realtor since 1994. She has lived in the Rock Creek subdivision in Superior, Colorado since the year 2000 and has been the top-selling agent in that area since 2002. She currently owns her own real estate brokerage located in Old Town Louisville. Risé has been married to her business partner, Rick, since 1974, and their 5 grown children all live in the Boulder Valley area. Risé is no stranger to relocation having been relocated with her family both in the military and corporations 18 times. She is well aware of the myriad of details this involves as well as the stress this causes individuals and families. Her goal is to help minimize that stress whether the move is cross-country or just across town.
Risé’s passion for international travel and diverse cultures influenced her to pursue the Certified International Property Specialist designation as well as to make personal real estate investments overseas. She enjoys hearing about the lives of her clients who have come to America to live and invest, and her goal is to help them understand the home buying process in this country and to protect their interests during the transaction despite any language or cultural barriers that may exist. Risé enjoys a variety of hobbies including gardening, canning, fiber arts, scuba diving, entertaining and spending time with her dogs. Rick Staufer has lived in Colorado since 1991. Rick grew up in South Dakota, and went to college in Montana where he fell in love with his wife and with the mountains. He has moved all over the country and has worked in several different fields including military, pharmaceutical sales/management, medical software sales/management, and real estate. He also completed an M.S. Degree in Organizational Behavior and HR Management. He loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, shooting and water related sports including sailing. Rick & his wife/business partner, Risé, have five adult children that all live within 10 miles of them. They have three grandchild, three dogs, six chickens…yes chickens.
From a business perspective, Rick & Risé built a company of top-notch agents and support staff. You would be hard pressed to find an office that takes better care of their clients than Staufer Team Real Estate does. Before building this business, Rick & Risé were with a large local real estate firm. Within the second year there they were the number one producing agents in the firm. They started their own company before the financial meltdown of 2008, and during one of the worst economic times this country has seen, they built and grew a thriving company. Staufer Team Real Estate is built on the principle of unparalleled care of our clients. We truly do put the clients first, and we back it up with an unprecedented staff-to-agent ratio, including licensed assistants, so that our clients never go wanting. We control the process with very tight processes, and communication with our clients is emphasized throughout. You’d think that with all of this support, Staufer Team Real Estate would charge more for our services, but we don’t!
At Staufer Team Real Estate we have a lot of fun and have developed a reputation for throwing a good party. We enjoy annual Oktoberfest celebrations, Santa Nights, and Louisville Street Faire events. If there is one thing I have learned it is that there is no place like home. Having grown up in Boulder Valley and having also spent a considerable amount of time in other corners of the world, it is in all honesty that I can say Boulder Valley is an awesome place to call home.
I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a political science degree. After I graduated, my first step into real estate was working with luxury vacation rentals in beautiful Oahu Hawaii. After some time, my significant other, who, at the time, was actively serving in the United States Marine Corps got notified that he was being relocated. We threw caution to the wind, packed our bags, and moved to North Carolina, where I obtained my real estate license and worked with a very cool semi-custom/custom home building company as a Client Sales Representative.
During the time I spent in New Construction, I accumulated insight into both the client and builder perspectives. I pride myself in always meeting my clients’ needs.
Having moved multiple times across the country and the Pacific Ocean, I understand the complex emotions that go into the moving process, as well as the technical complications that can arise during any real estate transaction. I would love to be a part of your journey and to help guide you through this exciting process to ensure the easiest transaction possible!
Jill Midgley has lived in the Boulder area since 1973 and her children attended Louisville schools. She was a foster parent for the Boulder Humane Society for many years and is a dog owner, herself. Having moved quite frequently in the past, Jill is familiar with the moving process and has even taken a liking to fixing up homes over the years. When she is not assisting her clients in finding the perfect home, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time on the water.
Jill has been involved with Louisville government on the board for the Downtown Business Association (DBA) and Business Retention and Development (BRAD). She loved the opportunity to be involved in her community and after 6 years she stepped down at the start of 2013 to pursue some other ventures.
Jill has sold real estate in the Boulder area and beyond since 1993. She considers it a great privilege to assist her buyers and sellers in one of the most important aspects of their lives. It has also allowed her to meet and become friends with many wonderful people over the years.

Jodi Blanchard believes every real estate transaction is unique and personal, and that the journey will be different every time. Jodi prides herself in being honest, straightforward, supportive, and empathetic. She actively listens to her clients’ wants and needs. Jodi has lived in BoulderCounty since 1976 and has been a resident of Louisville, CO since 1983. She has watched Louisville grow to become the #1 small town in the USA. Her grown children attended BoulderCounty schools and Colorado Universities.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Jodi practiced nursing as a registered nurse in the Boulder area for 22 years. Nursing prepared her for the compassion, communication skills, empathy, and organization required for her real estate profession.
Jodi has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998, receiving her GRI designation in 2000. I was born in Virginia and raised all over the US, but I consider Colorado my home as I have been here for half of my life. I started my career path down in Denver where I was a restaurant and bar manager in my early twenties while going to school at Metro State.
I eventually started my own company locally, Bald Guy’s Mowing Company, and I grew to love this area over a period of 7 years. Landscaping is seasonal work, however, and I often found part-time work during the winter months. I eventually found Starbucks Coffee Company in 2008, and although it started that winter as a part-time job, I soon fell head-over-heels for the company. I loved their values. They take good care of their farmers, their baristas, and their customers, and they taught me how to bring value and enjoyment to every customer’s experience. I shortly became a manager at the Starbucks store in Lafayette.
It was during this time that I met my wife (or re-met my wife as we graduated from Evergreen High School together). We started dating in 2011, purchased a home together in Superior in 2013, and were married shortly thereafter. We both love living in Superior for the proximity to the mountains and to Denver. We love the ease with which we can get to the mountains for a nice hike, or to get to our seats at Mile High for a Broncos game. We also love the park behind our house where we play ball with our two Black Labs, Mason and his son Dixon.
During the purchase of our personal home, I discovered my love for real estate. I truly enjoyed buying my home. I had a fantastic Realtor, and I knew I could enjoy helping people with such an important decision. Home buying can be very emotional and complicated, but a good Realtor has the ability to make it a positive experience with lasting memories. I grew up surrounded by Real Estate, and after all these years, I finally got my License and joined what was already a booming local family business–my family’s business. I have been truly blessed to join such an amazing team. We all share a common desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives, and each agent is supportive and cooperative. I am here to help each of my clients with all their Real Estate goals.
Raised in New York & New Jersey, Kathy Jillson’s first career was as an elementary school teacher, which she did for many years. In 1999 she began another rewarding career in real estate, transitioning from educating children to educating home buyers & sellers about the important buying and selling experience.
Kathy has lived in many states, but has enjoyed her years in BoulderCounty the most. She raised her children in Boulder and has lived for many years in Louisville. She enjoys working with first-time buyers (some of them are even former students), as well as experienced buyers and sellers.
She is active in and supportive of the local community. She has assisted buyers and sellers in many communities along the Front Range and much of her business is from past clients and referrals.

Raised in Boulder, Kelly Campbell is a Colorado native who has taken the outdoor, athletic lifestyle to heart. She has run, ridden, hiked and played all over BoulderCounty. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with an undergraduate in Outdoor Recreation and an MBA in Finance.
She has been a full-time real estate broker since the start of 2001 and has closed over $50 million in sales. You could say that real estate is in my blood. My mom likes to tell people that because she dragged me to her open houses as a young child, I became a Realtor. Maybe! What I do know is that I love it! I love it because it allows me to help people reach their goals – whether it is buying or selling, determining whether they should move or remodel. Either way, I am an integral part of that process, counseling my clients through the various decisions. I jokingly say that in some way it helps fulfill my underlying desire to be a psychologist. Being part of the emotions and decisions, simple or complicated, is something I welcome. I believe my honest, straightforward approach helps people easily wade through the nuances and nuisances of real estate. After 17 years in the industry, I can honestly say that no transaction is the same—every client is different, every home has its own unique makeup, and those are facets of this work that motivate me daily.
My real estate career began in Sun Valley, Idaho where I worked for a developer of a new private golf course community. After moving to Portland in 1996, I became the key support person for a seasoned Realtor. This proved to be an invaluable opportunity as it taught me to manage transactions and anticipate breakdowns. While in Portland, I worked for 2 established Brokerages; The Hasson Company and Realty Trust Group, Inc. In 2009, we moved our family to Louisville, CO where we enjoy a small town life, sunny days, and lots of outdoor activities. Not to mention we work hard; producing 99 million in sales in 2013 with only 15 agents, all of whom have years of experience.
When I am not selling real estate, my time is spent with my husband, our 2 young children, and our golden retriever. Laurie has taken the time to become certified in distressed property sales (CDPE). She is also certified as a property stager through Home Staging Resource LLC (HSR).
Laurie came to Louisville in 1999 from San Jose, California where she worked in the public school system. Her area of specialty was working with Special Education children. She was passionately involved for 11 years until her husband was relocated to Boulder County for work.

I have a B.A. in International Marketing. In 1995 I emigrated to Massachusetts from Ireland. Having sold durable medical equipment successfully for ten years I decided to say goodbye to Corporate America and put down roots in Colorado. I own and manage a house painting business which I started in 2005, however I have historically been interested in Real Estate and in early 2012 obtained my license to practice. I consider myself a real estate consultant, helping Clients wade through the enormous amount of information out there to find the best solution for their unique situation. I’ve served in the industry since 2006, from administration to construction, from renovation to management to Realtor, joining the Staufer Team in February of 2012. I believe that Clients make the best decisions in which they have the most confidence when they are fully informed, so I dedicate myself to continually educating myself on local market stats and analysis, broker certifications and industry trends. Giving back to the communities that I value is very important to me. I donate a portion of my commission to local non-profits which my clients get to select. My husband and I have owned Life Martial Arts in Broomfield since and I am proud of the families who have come together to support us. I have three children enrolled in the Boulder Valley School District, and I love the community in which we work, live and play. In addition to my small business experience, I hold a graphic design degree which I employ to bring out the best in properties for owners preparing to sell. I have renovated three of my own homes, doing much of the work myself, as well as managing a flip in Boulder and a few remodeling jobs for friends. Terri Ellerington is a life-long resident of Louisville and has had family roots in Boulder County for 4 generations. She has attended Boulder Valley Schools and even met her husband, Wes, in Kindergarten. Terri graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000 with a BA in Business Management. Terri and Wes have 2 beautiful children who also attend Boulder Valley Schools. Terri received her Colorado Real Estate license in 2001 and owns the Property Management division of Staufer Team Real Estate, with her husband Wes. Terri's team, Wes and Annette, help professionally managing over 50 properties, while Terri focuses her time assisting Buyers and Seller, as well as overseeing Property Management. She loves living, working, playing and volunteering in the Louisville community. Terri is a proud member and Volunteer for Fireside PTO, the Louisville Chamber, and community events like the Louisville Street Faire. In her free time, Terri enjoys traveling with her family, running, practicing yoga and taking drives in their '56 Chevy.
Allyson was raised in Boulder, CO and is a product of the Boulder Valley School District. She loves and embraces this community with her whole heart. When Allyson is not working towards honing her craft, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and any four-legged creature.
Allyson’s experience as a manager of a small restaurant has given her the tools to work with a diverse population and focus on customer service. I am a native of Colorado. I enjoy spending time with my family and dog, visiting the mountains, biking and supporting the Broncos. I am married with 6 children and 6 grandchildren.
