Jodi Blanchard believes every real estate transaction is unique and personal, and that the journey will be different every time. Jodi prides herself in being honest, straightforward, supportive, and empathetic. She actively listens to her clients’ wants and needs. She provides the information needed to move through the process of buying and selling a home through making the entire process easier and more enjoyable for her clients, without the sales pressure.
Jodi has lived in BoulderCounty since 1976 and has been a resident of Louisville, CO since 1983. She has watched Louisville grow to become the #1 small town in the USA. Her grown children attended BoulderCounty schools and Colorado Universities.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Jodi practiced nursing as a registered nurse in the Boulder area for 22 years. Nursing prepared her for the compassion, communication skills, empathy, and organization required for her real estate profession.
Jodi has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998, receiving her GRI designation in 2000. She joined Staufer Team Real Estate in 2007, to be closer to the center of her area of expertise in Louisville and the surrounding communities. She is a member of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers for Variety of Colorado, a non-profit organization helping Children in Need, and serves meals at The Ronald McDonald House.
When she is not busy helping her buyers and sellers, Jodi enjoys classes at the Louisville Recreation Center, walking, skiing, snowshoeing, reading, sailing, and traveling.
